The Business is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within their directory listing. Any changes should be promptly communicated to Muzspot via email. Please note that changes may not be feasible in the magazine once an issue has been published but can be updated on the website listings more promptly.

The Business acknowledges that once the listing fee has been paid, it is non-refundable. Listings cannot be removed from the magazine issue once published, even if The Business decides to no longer list or remove their details from future issues.

The Business must ensure that the provided details in Our Directory accurately reflect their products, services, and service areas. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion if it is deemed inaccurate or unacceptable.

The Business agrees not to sell or provide services for any prohibited items via Our Directory, including offensive or obscene material, stolen or damaged goods, intoxicating liquor and tobacco (except where the Supplier is properly licensed), illegal or prescription drugs, copyright-infringing products, and any other items that violate applicable laws.

Muzspot shall not be liable for any errors in the published listing or any publication delays unless such issues are directly caused by our default or neglect.

Our Directory allows readers and visitors to contact The Business using the provided details. The Business agrees to accept these contacts, and Muzspot takes no responsibility for the information transmitted to The Business via Our Directory.

The Business shall not upload, post, email, or transmit unauthorized promotional or advertising materials or any other form of solicitation to users who make inquiries about listings in Our Directory.

The Business agrees to fully indemnify Muzspot and keep us fully indemnified against any loss, damage, or costs incurred by us due to The Business's use of Our Directory, regardless of the circumstances.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract between The Business and Muzspot concerning the use of Our Directory. Any transaction for the supply of services arising from contact made via Our Directory is solely between The Business and the customer, based on The Business's terms and conditions or as otherwise agreed

All fees must be paid by the date of publication indicated on the invoice sent by Us and are subject to change without prior notice. We will not increase fees during your listing period, but any fee changes will apply upon renewal. We reserve the right to terminate your contract without notice for any breaches of these terms and conditions, and fees paid are non-refundable.

Muzspot accepts no responsibility or liability for comments made against The Business's listings via third-party platforms, such as social media.

While we strive to keep Our Directory operational, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service and accept no liability for its unavailability. The Business must refrain from attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of Our Directory.
